I was soooo out of place here. 1. Don't want to see your butt. Don't believe that's sanitary anyway. 2. Pix on the wall and cheesy 1980s style ads all over the table are just silly. 3. Wings - meh. 4. Service not so good. We had two waitresses because one was in training and between the two of them, the order was still wrong. 5. Kids meals are cheap, a positive - but the bigger kids were still hungry. The place is big. Clean. In and outdoor seating as well... Oh, I liked the tater tots! And the Parmesan garlic sauce wasn't the worst. Probably never coming back tho.

Waitresses are pretty but that's where the excellence stops. The food is pretty good. The wings were excellent, boneless wings were dry but edible. Burger was good. Pulled pork sandwich was delicious but a bit chewy. Main complaint is there wasn't enough waitresses. Server had like 7 tables and drinks stayed empty a few times because she was running back and forth between tables. Manager stopped by table which is nice and everything was good. Seems after manager stopped by our drinks weren't a concern. I'd go back for the food and scenery but I'd be mindful to get a different server or less busy section.

I went to the Winghouse on Friday night to catch a baseball game and have some of their amazing nachos. As usual I sat at the bar, ordered a beer and their belt busting nachos which can feed up to four people. Both bartenders were very attentive as they continually checked to see if I needed anything. The beer was cold, the nachos were outstanding (as always), and the televisions were playing almost every game in baseball that night. As I was looking through the menu to find something I'd never had before, I noticed they had tater tots. I ordered the tots and they were outstanding as well. Though not a fan of many of the items on the menu those that I do enjoy really are good. For a sports bar, it does not get much better than this place! One of the only drawbacks to going is the fact that the staff is regularly trying to get you to purchase ancillary items such as their calendar, T-shirts, hats, etc. The bartenders and servers are always attentive and the place virtually always has a lot of people there. It is loud so if you don't like noise this is not someplace you would want to go but I love it there!

My wife's pick this place since we have a coupon to use. Like RJP said "blame it to the wife". Love to do it when you can get away reasonable doubt by saying wife pick the place. A lot eye candy in the restaurant with my wife. Strange. My wife was at the restaurant first and she order ahead. I follow to the restaurant in 10 minutes. She order the lunch special with Chinese stir fry. Chinese food in winghouse? May be not. Her food came out like frozen section ready to cook meal from the Publix. I would not go for their Monday special. They have two selection of fish sandwich in the menu. Grouper cousin or Mahi Mahi. Grouper cousin is one type of white fish. I definitely go for the real name fish- the Mahi Mahi. It can be grilled, blackened or deep fried. I have it grilled. The blacken Mahi Mahi is not the spicy type I like but it do have a good taste. This sandwich is better than their daily special. The service is average. However, I think they need to be faster for lunch. Most people only have one hour.

Lunch today . Buffalo chicken salad and a soda . Bill was 13.xx . Not too bad I guess as the salad is in a mixing bowl and is a very good portion . Food came out quickly. Good service at bar .

Wings were good, service was not special.. i ordered the Asian, Dallas and Mango Habanero wings. All can be recommended

Food is good. The naked chicken wings are excellent. A nice way to get rid of all that breading and skin. They are all drum sticks. Typical restaurant food served by pretty women.

We ventured a little further north than usual to pick some stuff up and decided to stop at the wing house on our way back. The inside of the wing house is very clean and well organized. The young ladies greeting folks at the door and opening the door to let patrons in are also very pleasant. Though we decided to sit inside this particular location also has outdoor seating. We decided to get 20 wings and wanted to get four different flavors. The server told us that wasn't possible. When I mentioned that all of their competitors do this Beef O'Brady's, Buffalo Wild Wings, Hooters, etc, she shrugged her shoulders and said it still was not possible. I told her in a friendly way that I'm sure she can make it happen and to please ask the manager. A few moments later the manager came over explained that it wasn't very busy and that he would love for us to try four different sauces with our wings. The server took our order, was attentive, and was pleasant throughout. The wings were very good and I especially liked the mango habanero flavor. I thought they would be much hotter (spicy hot) but they had a nice taste to them. We also ordered chips and queso and salsa which was a good choice. In a world where it is becoming increasingly difficult to find hospitality industry workers who will go out of their way to do the right thing for the customer, we were pleasantly surprised with the wing house and their manager. Good food, clean restaurant, and a zillion TVs to watch whatever sports event you fancy. The wing house is a good place can grab a bite and hang out.

I am not sure why this place gets low reviews... It is actually a good place and the food is always fresh. You have to remember that it is a sports bar with scantly clad waitresses...if you have high expectations, you need to head to another spot. If you like seafood... The son of grouper is always good. The salads are large and fresh. Great place and will be back.

Well we gave the Wing House another try and the wings were fabulous! A shot out to Olivia our server who I am sure made it happen. Thank you to Matthew the mgr. who stood there while I tried them to make sure they were good.

Was in from out of town and our home team was on Sunday night football. Wanted to watch game while having some beer and wings. Beer fine.. Wings average.. As we walked in we noticed that they closed at 11 and asked if we should head elsewhere to watch game. They assured us they would be open til game was over. They were open but they shut down all tv's except one and turned off the sound. Not a great way to watch a close division clenching game. Boo! **wait staff was nice and attentive **

Wing places seem like Zombie movies, after a while they'er all the same, Well yes and no, some Zombies are faster and more deadlier then others, and some Zombies like portrayed in Key and Peele's Youtube video youtube.com/watch?v=4xyh… are funny. So, when I was offered lunch at Ker's Wing House, I expected to see Hooter's mixed with Sports grill, mixed with TV's hot servers and ok food. Well slap me on my ass and call me Mary, I could be a tv psychic. I was right on all counts, I could have even told you what the interior looked like. Why I gave Ker's Wing House a four star review fall's mainly on the manager "Tony". This is a guy who appears to be a vetted restaurant professional. He came to each and every table asking how things were, I think when he came to our table he must of been somewhat disappointed when the news was not good. However, the action that Tony took was truly professional and one which will cause our return. Service at Ker's Wing House, well it's impeccable, there friendly, fast and efficient. Five stars all the way, The place is clean, enough TV's for any sports fan or new's hound. So why the trepidation in my review, well it all falls on the food. Firstly I ordered the wrong items; however, my buddy didn't he ordered a beautiful mushroom swiss burger and sadly it was as bland, and unseasoned there was a sense of nothingness in this picture perfect burger.. So, There was a recognition with his problem. I ordered the chili nacho's, these too were picture perfect, huge, big enough for twelve drunken rowdy circus midgets. It was huge, even without the reference to the number twelve. But, like a beautiful woman or a Ferrari, it is what's on the inside that counts. Just remember somebody out there has to put up with her crap, and that's true with Italian cars, there's a lot of S#@% on the inside. So, a description of my nacho's would simple said in two words "White Bread". Hey I grew up on wonder bread I loved my peanut butter and jelly, tuna fish sandwiches, but that's when I was eight years old. My pallet has changed, like the song say's "I get no kick from champagne, mere alcohol doesn't thrill me at all..... Well, these were a huge plate of blah chili canned cheese nacho's, it was so boring, flavorless , just blah, it needed life, and spice, so when Tony the manager came to enquire, sadly the truth was uglier then a boil on a wart hogs ass. Tony, is an impressive person, he handled it better then most manager or owners in true Michelin rated restaurants. Not only did he listen, he provided corrective action, positive feedback and respect of "The customer is always right" Tony asked the kitchen staff if they were seasoning the burgers, they weren't, my problem was corrected and my bud got a new burger. My issue was not resolved and it was Tony's insight that provided me with my continuing education on why franchises as a who need to be less obtuse. Ker Wing House follow's the demographics of society, meaning were boring, we'd rather eat processed then fresh, bland then spice. Were American's, we're the embarrassment to the rest of culinary society that invented "Spotted Dick, Pho, Limburger Cheese, Poutine, and Banh Mi sandwiches". Is it the corporation of Ker's Wing House or our's, the second most litigious country in the world, the first in political correctness and the out of the196 countries in the world we rank 10 in freedom, no not number 1. So if your a "Wonder Bread" family, looking for an affordable meal, that's not McDonalds, you have come to the right place. If your a guy named Ernie, you lack social skill's and are afraid to talk to women, but enjoy that flirtatious smile, Ernie your in heaven. I think if your gonna be me next time, I'll sit at the bar, order wings and a beer, and know that's the best that they got. As far as Tony, he earned those star's for Ker, I'd give him a raise!

This is a review specifically for the take out and honey bbq wings. My husband had gotten his car done at a car dealership across the street. He ordered some chicken wings for us, and brought them home. There were 20 in our order, and he picked out the Honey BBQ chicken wings. I am not usually a chicken wings type of person. I don't care for the bones, and I don't like the boneless ones either bc they just remind me of chicken nuggets. I actually liked these chicken wings, and I loved the Honey BBQ sauce. He liked them too. There was quite a bit of sauce and I was all for that, and the wings were pretty meaty. I usually associate wings with not having much meat on them but these were pretty good. I would definitely have them for takeout. I am not sure if I would really like the scene of the wing house inside just bc I am not much of a bar person, but I definitely liked their wings as take out.

This review is based on my one experience here that was for a large birthday party. We think the wings were so tasteless because they had to make so many for us ahead of time. We had, I'm guessing, around 50 people here for the party so there was a lot of wings. The "hot" wings were lacking any flavor at all. They simply tasted like chicken wings. The rubbery exterior I can certainly attribute to them having been made well in advance of our arrival, but the lack of spice?? They also prepared sliders that were very dry and rather bland. Service was not too bad considering the amount of people we had. On the plus side the nachos were very good and the beer was Ãœber cold! We had a good time with family and friends, and we will give them another try (just not with a huge party again 'cause they kinda dropped the ball there).

I LOVE this place. The food is always excellent, the service is very good and the atmosphere is upbeat and fun. The only problems I've ever had involved the kitchen or the server getting my order wrong, but this is the exception and certainly not the rule. It's a fantastic place to kick off the weekend, put back a brew, mingle, unwind...watch sports...it is what it is. You either love it or you don't, but I most certainly do!

We came here to get some drinks and some "bad" food before a movie, and just so happened to pop in during their anniversary bash, which meant discounted food! Yay! A place like this, you know exactly what to expect. Anyone complaining about the waitress' outfits or the food needs to do a serious self check - what did you expect?? This isn't Chili's, this is a clean, restaurant-style sports bar. We thought the food was great, the drinks were great, and the waitress was great! We made it in time for happy hour, and she made sure to get our drinks in quickly so we'd make the cutoff for happy hour. It was a pretty busy night with the anniversary celebration, but food came out quickly. We told the waitress we were going to go see a movie, and she got us the checks quicker. A lot of people forget to communicate - the ladies can't read minds! Actually, I can't think of anything we weren't satisfied with. We've been to other Wing Houses around Tampa and they are all pretty much the same. A fun place to go get some fried/bbq/hot/not-good-for-you food and watch the game, or a pay-per-view match with friends.

Solid entrance into the bar scene in little old Wesley Chapel, FL. They opened this past Thursday in the former location of the short-lived Buffalo Southwest Cafe. The building has been vacant for years, and it's nice to see another wing option in this area besides Winner's. We visited at about 10pm on Friday night, so they'd been open for less than 48 hours. I was very impressed with the amount of staff they had on hand (or were they there for extra eye candy for the guys...hmmm) and employees being trained on the job. Our server was very tentative and prompt, and the food came out quickly and it was hot and fresh. I prefer Winghouse wings over Hooter's any day. More wing and sauce and less of the breading. We got the fried pickle spears as well, and they were some of the best I've had in the area. The place was completely renovated in a short amount of time, and it is totally different than its former occupant. They have a game room, a separate entrance for to-go orders, and they've moved the entrance to more of a front porch style with plenty of outdoor seating. There's also additional outdoor seating in the back. The only problem I see is that there doesn't seem to be enough parking. Surprisingly though, all the cars littering the grass and side streets would make one think that there was a wait, but they were accommodating all the patrons somehow. It didn't seem overly crowded and we were able to sit right down. Quite the variety of customers, as well, but the servers were handling themselves well. We'll definitely be back!

Really great waitress, super friendly, and even gave us a extra ranch! :0). We really don't come to wing house, but I was pleasantly surprised how good it truly was. It was clean, lots if families, and atmosphere was enjoyable.

I've always liked Ker's Winghouse and this time it was no different. They opened in place of the Buffalo Wings that was suppose to open many moons ago and it's a great place. Service is fantastic and attentive. The managers were great and friendly. Everyone was there for anything that you may need. I always order my wings mild and naked and still love it. I like how their wings are mild and I get to add the amount of hot sauce that I would like especially if I am eating with people who do not like spices. Happy hour is great but beat the crowd! Parking is a problem now but I hear that they will have expanded parking soon.

Wings were alright but nothing special. If you are going to hang out with some friends and knock a few back wing is not a bad place to go. Obviously you really don't go for the food. Once again the food we had was alright (but it was pricey) and the view. Let's just say there wasn't a lot of talent working there

My wife chose this place, we are new to the area and didn't realize it was hooters part 2. I of course liked it, the breaded wings were good and I'd go back for that. I didn't realize my wife was uncomfortable until she said something after we left which surprised me.

  • Bobby M.

The wings have gone downhill. Additionally, "the machines" were down and we were forced to go their ATM which happened to be inside the restaurant to pull cash out and pay the bill. I ordered a Sam Adams and got a Blue Moon, not a big deal in other towns but Tampa is a Mecca for craft beer. NOT ONE LOCAL BREW ON TAP!

My wife and I waited for over 30 mins at the take out counter. Not one person asked us if we were being helped. My wife was 8 months pregnant and we were very hungry. Why didn't we stop someone, you may ask? We tried to flag down a server AND the manager walking the floor but they both acted like we were invisible. I can't even make a review on the food because we ended up walking out dissatisfied And hungry. We will never go to this location again.

What's smaller - the short shorts these waitresses wear or their brains? Trick question - the manager's brain is smaller than all. - 3 stars for pretty good wings, poor menu options, and annoying bill splitting. If I were president, I would immediately mandate all restaurants in every state to be able to split tabs for dinner groups. That's what wrong with this country. - Why offer numerous wing sauces when you can only split the flavors twice and only on wing orders of 50 or more? It's just bad business. Or, maybe it would just be too much for the staff here to handle. Who knows. The wings are good - we got parmesan and buffalo. Lightly fried, so not soggy. The poppers are also good. *Bring cash, it will save a headache for the waitress.

I actually didn't have any wings at this Wing House, but my sandwich was good and the service was very friendly and attentive. I guess because it's a fairly new location the interior is also much nicer than any other Wing House I've seen.

  • Sarah P.

Inaccessible to traffic. No entrance to speak of in the dark. Signs leading to entrance lead you to a cvs. Looks like I won't be having sub par wings on this road trip.

    (1)
  • Shannon M.

The wings were awesome! But the service is a little ehhh, our waitress was good, but the manager working didn't know how to change a check once he split it up. My guess is, too lazy and didn't want the hassle. It would be nice to know, if you don't want to split (or can't split) a check, please tell the customers up front, there were 6 of us and 4 were splitting 50 wings. Also, the four us of wanted to have multiple sauces, but you can only separate sauces by two ways on orders of 50 or more, but yet they have numerous sauces to choose from. This location is new and is packed all the time, make sure you get there earlier or you can be waiting quite a while.

Service is terrible, wings were awful, cold with no taste. I am speaking for three others., off to Hooters I go. Never coming here again!

Its not Hooters! Wings arent great. Burgers are decent. Service was decent. Good beer and good beer pricing. Great for sporting events due to the amount of tvs here. Nice open area with light wood decor.

Tonight was my first visit to this brand new Ker's. It's located in a building that used to be a Wild Wings a few years ago but it shut down and they've redone the whole place to make it a shiny new Ker's Winghouse. Big screen TV's make sure that golf, football, soccer, basketball, hockey, water polo (made that one up) are in every line of site, sports memorabilia hangs on every bit of wall space and pretty, smiling young girls bring you all the beer, cocktails and wings you can pay for. So. Gross. (But that's just me.) Apparently this joint is popular because we waited 30 minutes to be seated and in the meantime ran into some friends and chatted it up until their food arrived (and standing beside their table seemed awkward). Why standing? Because the place was so packed that there were no extra chairs to pull over. We were seated and another server came to get our drink orders but said she wasn't our server. She started taking our order anyway and our server came by to take over. She was sweet but I had to repeat my order to her (even thought it was already written down from the first girl). I'm not a wing lover (everyone on Yelp is like: 'Whaaaa'?) but I can take 'em or leave 'em so I pulled my usual at wing joints and ordered the burger sliders with curly fries (that apparently also came with chips?) plus a side of BBQ sauce for dipping. My dinner companions ordered 25 naked hot wings with a side order of blackened shrimp. Our bill was $49 before tip btw. They scarfed their food and said they were awesome. They hadn't realized that 'naked' somehow meant they got all drumsticks with no 'flappers' but when we were paying the waitress explained that. I have to be honest and say that these type of restaurants are just not my thing but overall it's a fun, lively place with good food. The servers are sweet but I loose my appetite pretty quickly when I see the cheeky side of their rears hanging out of two napkins sewn together that can't be considered 'shorts' by nudist standards. If that's your thing or you just "really like their wings" then this is the place for you.

Parking and seating is limited. Service is horrible. Wings were not good at all. A place called wing house should have great wings right? Think again... Menu is over priced. Not recommended.

It is about time that they open a restaurant in the Wesley Chapel area that showcases scantily dressed women under the age of 40. Prior to this, the only option was some of the trailer parks in the nearby area. I have been to numerous Hooters restaurants and a few Wing House locations, and it is my opinion that this location does not live up to the criterion by which we judge such eateries. First of all, the girls look young...I mean really young, but this can be overlooked since I am increasing in age and everyone under 21 looks like babies to me. Secondly, the food is simply average and lacks any palatability. I ordered a chicken sandwich with fries along with a side of pasta salad, and it was quite short of deliciousness. In fact, the sauce was so thick that I found some in my wallet when I got home later that night. Needless to say, I do not like my food sauced to death and like to be able to taste the meat. To throw kerosene on the fire, the waitress brought me a pasta salad dinner instead of small side like I asked. So all 160 pounds of me had to consume two large meals that totaled around 20 dollars. Twenty dollars with no alcohol! You would think I was at Bonefish Grill or someplace like that. On the flip side though, the atmosphere and seating is very nice and the newness of the place is appealing. Hopefully, this place can improve the food and "memory storage space" of some of the waitstaff.

  • Angela A.

This place has marginal food at best. Standard bar food, nothing special. And the prices are a bit high as well. The worst thing is the absolute sensory overload that the atmosphere provides. There are a ton of televisions all on different channels and loud music playing as well. Combine that with the noise level of the staff and guests, and it's overwhelming. The high ceilings add to the chaos and noise. Of course its to be expected in a sports bar type atmosphere but there other places in the area that provide the sports viewing in an atmoshere you can just chill and watch the game and still hear the conversation at your table.
